Tour Conditions:
● 3 nights at hotel, basically two in a room basis, at standard, superior or deluxe class hotels.
  Note: due to limited capacity of accommodation during the Session, there is a possibility to share with 3 or 4 persons in a room at standard or superior class hotels, etc.

● 2 meal coupons which coupons are available for any list up restaurants nearby.You can use this coupon for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any other time.
  For deluxe class hotel and some specified hotels clients – we will provide 2 breakfast at the hotels. In that case meal coupons are not inclueded.

● Round trip transfer from Narita or Haneda Airport to hotel or nearby bus terminal by regular limousine coach.

● One selected Japanese gift for your memory.

● All taxes and service charge are included.
  Departure tax from Japan not inclueded. USD 9.5, subject to change without notice.

OPTIONAL:
● Any game tickets – please purchase through your ATR in your territory separately.

● One day Sightseeing Tour to either Nikko or Hakone or Kyoto.
  Please select optional sightseeing tours among 3 programs.
  Advance bookings are necessary with your specified dates.

Not included:
● Those costs such as drinks, liquors, laundry, etc. are not included in this tours.
● No airport departure tax.
● We have covered any accidents, injuries by insurance while our operation term,
but it is recommended to join the sickness or any other personal items by yourselves.
●We have no responsibility of late arrival for games or sessions if any transportation,etc.
are delayed or congested on the roads.

■List of hotels:
  When received booking, we will advice name of hotels on each category.
Due to limited capacity of hotels, we may use similar class of hotels in case your requested category of hotels are not available.

We recommend following:
● There are so many restrictions and limit of area where chartered buses are not entering or parking, so we highly recommend to use public transportation such as subway (Metro), Private Railways or JR for game sessions.
There are plenty of such services available in Tokyo Metropolitan Area.

Kurokawa Hot Spa Village is located in the center of Kyusyu Island
( outskirts of Mt. Aso in Kumamoto Prefecture).
Kurokawa Hot Springs have about 30 Japanese Ryokan in the village, it is just like one family.
You can enjoy thousands of stars in the clear sky or rural scenery of rice fields.
Those who stay at one ryokan have free pass coupons
to any kind of open sky hot spas in the village. – very unique system.

● By domestic air from Haneda to Kumamoto, 90 minutes. One way.
